Mello'D'
Dawn Hi I' Dawn and come from Cwmbran in South Wales. I used to sing as part of the school choir and drama department in many shows and concerts. I then didn't sing until my late 30's when I was approached by Mello'D' to join them over 16 years ago. I auditioned in a fashion and have been part of this wonderful ladies harmony group ever since. I have 4 grown up children and run a very successful business with my husband that involves Running and Rugby. We have many shops across South wales and I run the head office in Cwmbran, my home town. Singing is my release from the daily pressures of work, and life in general. It helps to clear your mind and make you feel so much better. Greatest form of stress relief I think personally. I also like to run and go to the gym.
Eve Hi, I'm Eve, I live in Griffithstown. I loved singing all through school and was in the School Choir and latterly Chamber Choir. Life took over after I left school and it wasn't until about 20 years of not singing that I finally plucked up the courage to try and join a choir. By coincidence I ended up meeting Lane (at craft fayres locally) and Lynne (around Griff) separately and chatting about singing and Mello'D'. Right time, right place, an alto had recently left and I slotted in and never looked back! The camaraderie and diversity of the group is what makes it so special, that and of course the beautiful harmonies!
